How do I know what length of cane I need?
The standard length is 36″, but you may need a custom fit. To determine the length needed, you can measure your old cane, consult your therapist, or measure the distance from your wrist bone to the floor while your hand is hanging loose and relaxed.
What can I do if I need a cane shorter than 36″?
Standard Asterom canes are sold as the most commonly used length of 36″. If you need a shorter cane, you can cut it yourself using a wood saw or order a custom-length cane (handling time is about 4-5 weeks). Read below how to order a custom cane.
What can I do if I need a cane longer than 36″?
We can make custom canes up to 41″ long. Please note that the handling time for custom orders is about 4-5 weeks. Read below how to order a custom cane.
How can I order a custom-length cane?

Can I replace the rubber cane tip with a different tip or with a quad base?
Yes. You can replace the cane tip with any other tip that has an internal diameter of 7/8″. Please note that you will receive one spare cane tip free with your cane; we also sell wide-base cane tips for our canes.

The rattlesnake is carved on the cane shaft and artistically painted by hand. The ergonomic derby handle is reinforced with a carbon steel dowel screw, so this handmade wood cane should endure up to 400 pounds of weight on the condition you apply the main load on the axis (shaft) of the cane. The wooden walking stick is lightweight (about 24 oz), so it’s perfect for everyday use.
